Singapore has lifted all Covid-19 entry requirements for tourists (including those who have not received all recommended vaccinations) after the health situation “stabilised” in recent weeks.
Non-fully vaccinated travellers no longer have to face border restrictions or provide a negative Covid-19 test result upon arrival into the country. The requirement to purchase Covid-19 travel insurance has also been removed.
The government has revealed that such changes have been made due to a lower number of people being admitted to hospital and the population now having a “high level of immunity from severe Covid-19.”
Mask regulations have also been relaxed, with tourists no longer requiring the use of masks for public transport. Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH) now only mandates the use of masks in hospitals and similar high-risk locations.
