Z Hotels Expands to Leicester Square
Z Hotels is set to open its 12th London property, strategically located adjacent to Leicester Square. With a £23 million loan from OakNorth Bank and ASK Partners, they will convert a five-storey office building on Charing Cross Road into a hotel offering 81 to 95 rooms. This follows Z Hotels' recent expansion in London's Piccadilly district. Kinsfolk & Co Introduces The Newman
Kinsfolk & Co, a new hospitality management company, has unveiled its inaugural London property - The Newman. Located at 50 Newman Street in Fitzrovia, this luxury boutique hotel is set to open in winter 2024. The Newman will feature 81 rooms and suites, some with private balconies, alongside a European brasserie, cocktail bar, spa facilities, and private event rooms. The design, inspired by Fitzrovia's character, promises a grown-up yet fun experience, seamlessly integrated into the local life.
Hilton London Olympia's Impressive Expansion
The Hilton London Olympia, owned by Frogmore and C1 Capital, is set for a remarkable expansion. Plans have been approved to more than double the hotel's room count from 404 to 905 rooms. The project will retain part of the existing structure while adding a new rooftop garden and bar. This expansion places it among the largest hotels in London, marking a significant addition to the city's hospitality landscape.
