1. Promoter:
a. The promoter is EFR Travel Limited.

2. Eligibility:
a. This prize draw is open to businesses based in the United Kingdom. Entries must be submitted by individuals aged 18 years or over, acting in a professional capacity as an employee or director of the UK-based business they represent.
b. Limit of one entry per organisation. Duplicate entries from the same organisation will be disqualified.
c. This prize draw excludes employees of The Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion.
d. Entry requires the submission of a “Valid Enquiry” as defined in Clause 4 below during the Promotion Period.  

3. Promotion Period:
a. The prize draw entry period begins at 09:00 BST on 8th April 2025 and ends on 31 May 2025 BST at 23:59 (“Promotion Period”).
b. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter:
a. To enter the prize draw, participants must fully complete and submit the online enquiry form located at https://www.efrtravel.co.uk/corporate/win-a-luxurious-spanish-escape/ during the Promotion Period.
b. Valid Enquiry Definition: For the purposes of this prize draw, a “Valid Enquiry” is an enquiry submitted via the method described in 4a, which is deemed valid at the sole discretion of The Promoter. A Valid Enquiry must include verifiable business contact information (including but not limited to full name, job title, company name, valid business email address, business telephone number) from a legitimate UK-based organisation, expressing genuine potential interest in discussing corporate travel management solutions or services provided by EFR Travel. The Promoter reserves the right to contact entrants to verify the authenticity and eligibility of the enquiry. Enquiries deemed incomplete, spurious, ineligible, from non-business domains without justification, or not demonstrating genuine business interest will be disqualified.

5. The Prize:
a. There is one (1) prize available to be won.
b. The prize consists of a voucher for a two (2) night stay for two (2) adults sharing one (1) Deluxe Room at the Anantara Villa Padierna Palace Benahavis Marbella Resort, Spain (“Hotel”).
c. The prize includes daily breakfast for two people during the stay.
d. The prize includes complimentary access for two people to the water circuit of the Anantara Spa during the stay.
e. Prize Conditions & Exclusions:
i. The stay is subject to availability at the time of booking request and confirmation is subject to Hotel approval.
ii. Blackout Dates Apply: The voucher cannot be used during Hotel high season, festive seasons (including but not limited to Christmas, New Year, Easter holidays), and specifically cannot be used between 1 July and 31 August (inclusive). Additional Hotel blackout dates may apply.
iii. Booking Procedure: Voucher bookings must be made exclusively by contacting the Hotel reservations department via email at villapadierna@anantara-hotels.com, quoting the voucher details. Bookings attempted through the Hotel website, EFR Travel, or any other channel will not be accepted.
iv. Voucher Presentation: The original prize voucher (or official digital copy as provided) must be presented upon check-in at the Hotel to redeem the services.
v. Validity Period: The prize voucher is valid for booking and stay completion within 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified on the voucher. The stay must be booked and completed before the expiry date.
vi. Exclusions: The prize does not include flights, transfers to/from the airport or Hotel, travel insurance, visas (if required), meals and beverages (other than the specified breakfast), spa treatments (other than the specified water circuit access), gratuities, excursions, or any other personal or incidental expenses. These are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and their guest.

6. Winner Selection:
a. One (1) winner will be selected via a random draw performed by an independent person or computer process, from all Valid Entries received during the Promotion Period.
b. The draw will take place within seven (7) working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Notification:
a. The winner will be notified via the business email address provided on their entry form within five (5) working days of the draw date.
b. The winner must respond via email to claim their prize and confirm eligibility within fourteen (14) calendar days of the notification email being sent.
c. If the winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in 7b, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner using the method described in Clause 6 from the remaining Valid Entries.

8. Prize Fulfilment:
a. The prize voucher will be sent to the verified winner (e.g., via email or registered post to their business address) within twenty-eight (28) days of the successful prize claim confirmation.
b. The winner is responsible for making their own booking directly with the Hotel as per the conditions in Clause 5e(iii).

9. Publicity: The Promoter may request the winner’s consent to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw, which may include the publication of their name and company name. Participation in publicity is not a condition of prize acceptance, and consent can be withheld.

10. Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in The Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at [Link to Privacy Policy], and for the purposes of administering this prize draw, verifying eligibility, and fulfilling the prize.  

11. General:
a. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond The Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
c. The decision of The Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
d. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
e. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
f. By submitting an enquiry, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
g. This prize draw, these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
